This 30-minute intro call allows us to get to know each other. We would like you to tell us more about your neighborhood, what is working and what is not, as well as how you manage your current board responsibilities. On the other hand, we will go through who we are, how we work, what we offer and our pricing methodology, etc.

Our second call or in-person meeting involves mapping out the right financial program for your community needs. Based on the services mapped out, we will put together a tailored implementation strategy.

Once the contract is signed, our team starts working to get everything up and running so your neighborhood will have the tools necessary to run your accounting and billing processes smoothly and stress free.
